Subchapter I. State Lottery

Sec. 4812. Disposition of unclaimed prize money. (11003)(1-click HTML)

Unclaimed prize money for the prize on a winning ticket shall be retained by the Director for the person entitled thereto for 1 year after the drawing or event in which the prize was won. If no claim is made for said money within such year, the prize money shall be reverted to the State Lottery Fund. (11004)
