Help - Printing

Before printing the first time, follow the instructions below to setup the page settings for your particular browser. Click the Prepare button above to generate the printer friendly pages, then click Print from your browser's menu to send the pages to your printer.

To create pages suitable for printing enter the starting and ending page numbers in the respective input boxes and then click "Prepare".

For optimum results turn off headers and footers in your browser and set your margins to approx. 1/4 inch and disable printing of images. You can usually find these settings under "Page Setup" of your browser. For more help with a specific browser see the instructions below.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click "Page Setup" under the "File" menu to open the page setup dialogue.
  2. Under the "Format Options Tab" make sure "Print Background Images" is not selected.
  3. Under the "Format Options Tab" make sure "Orientation" is Portrait selected.
  4. Under the "Format Options Tab" verify that "Shrink to Fit" is selected.
  5. Under the "Margins Tab" set all margins to approx. 1/4 inch (.25). Exact settings for each printer may vary slightly
  6. Under the "Format Options Tab" set all headers and footers to blank.
  7. Close the Options dialogue, enter your start and ending page numbers and click "Print".
  8. After the page(s) appear, verify your settings by clicking "Print Preview" under the "File" menu.

Netscape

  1. Click "Page Setup" under the "File" menu to open the page setup dialogue.
  2. Under the "Format Options Tab" make sure "Print Background Images" is not selected.
  3. Under the "Format Options Tab" make sure "Orientation" is Portrait selected.
  4. Under the "Format Options Tab" verify that "Shrink to Fit" is selected.

  2. Make sure that "Orientation" is Portrait.
  3. Set all margins to approx. 1/4 inch (.25). Exact settings for each printer may vary slightly
  4. Set all headers and footers to blank.
  5. Close the Options dialogue, enter your start and ending page numbers and click "Print".
  6. After the page(s) appear, verify your settings by clicking "Print Preview" under the "File" menu.
